The first First Birthday Party

Everyone from our mums + bubs group (plus dads) decided to kick off the month of April with one great big birthday picnic for everyone, celebrating not only everyone's first birthday but also the fact that we managed to survive the first 12 months of parenthood relatively unscathed.

Lots of picnic goodies, a glass or two of bubbles, birthday present lucky dip plus a very cool tunnel and teepee playgym for the kids made for a cracking afternoon.

The birthday party season has now officially opened. I hope we're all not too partied out by the time Miles's big day comes around at the end of the month!
