This morning's site meeting in the freezing cold was a good one. The house is starting to look great, with bathrooms now tiles, stairs due to go in over the next couple of days, and all joinery coming to site from next week for installation.
The contract completion date of 9 June has now slipped to 27 June (rain delays, scope creep) according to our builders -- works fine for us as we've always assumed an end of July date.
Will the builders hit the end of June? I don't think they will, although according to them they're right on schedule at present...
